Turn to artificial intelligence and data analytics
Until 2015, Alaya defined itself as a technology consultancy. “That year, we had the vision and the decision to be able to see artificial intelligence and data analytics, which gives a look not only technological and technical, which was what we had, but a look at technology at the service of the business,” he explains. Luis Sepúlveda, founder of the company.
Expansion of industries
During the first 15 years of its history, Alaya focused on clients from the financial, insurance, retail and government industries. In 2017 they complemented the items with the aquaculture, mining and manufacturing sectors.
Geographical proximity
“Today, in 2022, we are looking to the future to get closer geographically to the productive areas or industries that we address,” says Luis Sepúlveda. For this, they are generating instances to be present in the sectors where their clients are located, such as Puerto Montt -salmon farming-, Antofagasta and Copiapó -mining-.
