Our History

Since 2002, we evolved an engineering team to an integral partner in data and AI, combining experiences sectoral methodologies and certifications that allow us to implement solutions that are measurable and scale of projects in Chile and the region.

2002

Foundation of Alaya; impetus to the technological transformation of the Bank of Chile (transaction physical-to-virtual).

2009-2011

Consolidation methodology with CMMI and alliance with the State of Chile for the development of technology services.

2013

Acquisition of a company technology architecture, enabling the entrance to the retail industry in LATAM.

2015-2017

Certification ISO 9001:2015 and the partnership with Infosys for projects in Brazil, the US and Chile.

2019

Born Data-Driven Mining; solutions of AI for CODELCO.

2021

Data-Driven Aquaculture; entry to the aquaculture industry with solutions of IA.

2023

We accelerated the regional expansion and the maturity of analytical and applied.
